Shipping & Returns

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75. Orders are processed within 2-5 business days as items are prepared and quality-checked at our fulfillment partners before being dispatched.

Our products are sourced from a global network of trusted manufacturing and fulfillment partners, including facilities overseas. Items ship from the nearest available warehouse, which means delivery times can vary by product and destination, and orders with multiple items may arrive in separate parcels.

All delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed. Customs processing, carrier delays, weather, and public holidays can affect arrival times. For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged at the destination.

All orders include tracking information sent to your email once shipped.

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
• Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned
• Minor variations in color, finish, or packaging are a normal part of small-batch production and are not grounds for return
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return
